About SiteReporta

SiteReporta is an iPhone and iPad app for contractors and small construction businesses. It prepares estimates, invoices and daily site reports with photos, and keeps everything on your device.

What it does

You build estimates from your own catalog of labor and materials, convert an accepted estimate into an invoice with identical totals, set up recurring invoice drafts for retainers and maintenance work, and record daily site reports with weather, crew, work completed, issues and photos. Cost, profit, margin and markup are shown to you while you build and never appear on the customer's PDF.

What it does not do

SiteReporta does not take payments, track whether an invoice was paid, provide e-signatures or certify that documents meet any country's rules. You choose the tax rates and wording and are responsible for the invoicing and tax rules that apply to your business.

Private by design

There are no accounts, no cloud sync, no analytics and no tracking. Everything stays on your device and the app works without a connection. Backups are files you export and keep yourself; they are not encrypted, so store them safely. The Privacy Policy explains what the app stores.

Free and Pro

The free version includes 2 active clients, 3 estimates, 15 catalog items and the Minimal PDF template. SiteReporta Pro is a one-time purchase with no subscription, handled by Apple. Without Pro you keep full access to everything you created, including exporting it.

Languages and devices

The app is available in 30 languages, including right-to-left Arabic and Hebrew, and uses the language of your iPhone or iPad. This website is available in the same 30 languages.
